At Beyond The Village, we believe in the power of youth to transform communities and create lasting change. Since our founding in 2018, we’ve been dedicated to moving youth forward by equipping them with life skills, leadership training, higher education support, and safe spaces for healing.

Our programs are designed to meet young people where they are:

• You’re 18, Now What? prepares youth with practical life skills.
• Jr. CEO develops entrepreneurial leaders ready to innovate and succeed.
• Pipeline to Higher Education connects youth to mentorship, guidance, and pathways to college, trade, or military service.
• Healing Circles, Anger Management, and Mindfulness Training give youth the tools to overcome challenges and thrive.

What sets us apart? We are the only organization in the region offering a full spectrum of youth-focused empowerment programs, blending leadership, entrepreneurship, education, and healing into one powerful movement. With six Jr. CEO cohorts already graduated and hundreds of youth engaged across all programs, we’re proving every day that when young people are given the right tools, they can break barriers, rise as leaders, and create their own futures.

Our impact is amplified through partnerships with community-based organizations like Hooked on Fishing Not on Violence, Ri-Nu Imagination, Brother 2 Brother, and Funds Just 4 Kids. Together, we extend opportunities and support to even more youth across Sacramento County.
